If you’ve found your way here chances are you’re interested in feeling better. Me too! Always. That’s my mission in life. The questions that guide my curiosity are: How good is it possible to feel? What awaits me with each up-level of my physical health, emotional stability and mental clarity?
It’s an ongoing enquiry and as far as I can see there’s no endgame. Once you get into a virtuous cycle there’s no limit to how high you can soar, how healthy and vibrant your body can feel, how much joy and peace your heart can hold, how clear, creative, and expansive your mind can be. Us Yogis believe that our human physiology is wired for bliss, that’s our potential. Now doesn’t that sound sweet?
I want to help you step into a virtuous cycle where your health, wellbeing and vibrancy spiral upwards over time.
I believe that your body has an innate wisdom. A natural intelligence that when listened to and honoured will always guide you to dynamic balance and vibrant health.
I believe that your body has all the answers you need, to feel comfortable and at ease in your own skin, to maintain a healthy weight without struggle, to feel energised throughout each day, week and month, to feel strong and capable of living life with joy and enthusiasm.
I believe that your awareness is your most powerful tool. That all you really need to do is pay attention to your body’s signals, learn the lesson each day gifts you, and turn this feedback into embodied wisdom by taking small, positive actions each and every day.
When you learn from your yesterdays you get body wise. You shift from the standard cultural trajectory of slow degeneration over time to regeneration and rejuvenation. Your body gets more intelligent, more refined, healthier as you age. Not less. MORE! That’s your potential. That’s what’s possible.
